To counter the allegations leveled against them by Times, GM responded strongly on its blogs. Then they described their failed attempt to print their letter to the editor. This generated a traffic of 24,765 page views and the posts received 379 comments. Over 40 blogs and many media companies grabbed the story. It led Times to agree to the GM’s stand and answer it.
